And a gift to say thank you

What a wonderful Word Factory season it has been. I want to thank you for supporting the Word Factory and making all our events thoughtful, meaningful and inspiring. Together, we have enjoyed insights into the work of Brian Friel, Claire Carroll, Carys Davies, George Saunders and Yan Ge - thank you Tom Conaghan, Farahana Khalique and Tom Harvey for hosting. And memorable masterclasses with Lucy Caldwell, Tom Vowler and Jonathan Taylor. In the late summer, I will be announcing a new programme that will have the short story at its heart but will cross borders into poetry, radio, theatre, music and the novel. And I will keep in touch over the summer months ahead.
